Create GUID not working in Visual Studio 2008

I have had a problem on my super new dev image for BizTalk 2009 / SQL 2008 / Visual Studio 2008 / Windows 2008.  

In Visual Studio, when I go to tools --> Create GUID it is greyed out.  What a pain!
